The Lynx Picks feature uses artificial intelligence to generate gift suggestions. These suggestions are provided for informational purposes only. GiftLynx does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or availability of any suggested product. Always verify product details directly with the retailer before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

GiftLynx and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GiftLynx and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create (wish lists, gift ideas, etc.), but grant us a license to store and display it as part of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability
